Congressional Democrats, at a complete loss as to what to do to stop the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, have resorted to a strategy of disruption and lies. They were at it again Friday night, spreading a clip of a Kavanaugh answer during the hearing that distorted what he said. But they got an assist in the lie when CNN also spread the fake news.

Kamala posted this tweet, claiming that Kavanaugh had referred to contraceptives as “abortion-inducing” drugs.

Then CNN repeated that lie.

This set leftist Twitter on fire, with many claiming this was another reason that Kavanaugh should not be confirmed.

Of course, he said no such thing, as the Fox News’ Brit Hume pointed out, giving them a big raspberry in the process.

What he was doing and why Harris’ clip was so surreptitiously clipped was stating what the plaintiffs in the case were contending, not his own personal belief.

But CNN, once again, pitching the Democratic position and not letting truth and facts get in the way of the narrative and the fake news.
