After Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) flaked, demanding a week more for an FBI investigation into the Kavanaugh allegations in exchange for his “yes” vote for him on the Senate Judiciary Committee, the media played-up the role of two “survivors” who were far left anti-Kavanaugh activists who had cornered Flake in an elevator and screamed at him. That, of course, was guaranteed to encourage more crazies to do the same and waylay more Republicans, not that the leftists needed much more encouragement to be loons.
Media Interviewed the women and called them “heroes,” with most not revealing the connection to the Soros-funded Center for Popular Democracy.
So naturally, it happened again and count on more.
From Daily Wire:
On Monday, three female protesters badgered Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell while he was walking through Washington’s Reagan National Airport, feigning outrage when he would not acknowledge them and slandering the Republican Party as pro-rape, naturally.
Two of the activists have been identified by The Huffington Post as Tracey Corder, Center for Popular Democracy’s “racial justice campaign director,” and Naina Khanna, Positive Women’s Network USA’s executive director.
McConnell who has been harassed multiple times by leftists appeared unfazed by the harassment.
In fact, he shook the hand of a random guy, which infuriated the leftists.
“It is really telling that you shook the hand of a man while a woman is trying to tell you her story,” yelled Corder.
“We would like to know if you believe survivors of sexual violence?” said Khanna.
At one point, Khanna bizarrely accuses one of the men escorting McConnell of “assaulting” her after she repeatedly brushes up against him. “I keep stepping on her feet,” he responded, explaining why he moved.
As McConnell walked up an escalator, Khanna yelled, “Senator McConnell, do you always turn your back on women like this?”
Brushing up against McConnell’s security and basically making it impossible for him to avoid tripping over her is now “assault.” How insane is that?
They continued to badger him about an FBI investigation, apparently not having updated their script that there already is one in process.
They characterized their harassment of him as “respectfully” approaching him.
“We walked up to him respectfully. We really wanted to ask him about his vote and how he felt,” Corder told The Huffington Post. “This is three women of color trying to talk to him. He saw a white man and instantly shook his hand. That felt pretty hurtful.”
This approach is insane. Because other women were assaulted doesn’t mean that Kavanaugh is guilty and because people like McConnell believe in the presumption of innocence doesn’t make them rapists.
Not to mention there is no evidence to support any of the allegations.
But thanks Jeff Flake, for encouraging more of this.
