How many American citizens have to die before we finally take immigration law seriously. The laws are on the books. Congress has passed them. However, all across the country we see liberal activist judges and legislatures that refuse to enforce or support federal law. Sanctuary cities are literally ignoring the federal government and Americans are dying and being victimized because of it.

In New York, a woman was recently brutally raped. The suspect? He had no right to be here.

From The Daily Caller:

An illegal alien from El Salvador, who was previously deported from the U.S., was charged with the rape and a list of other charges after a woman in Long Island, New York, was attacked, beaten unconscious and was then raped.

Ever Martinez-Reyes, 24, was charged with rape, sexual assault, and other assault charges, and ordered to be held without bail at a Saturday arraignment, Fox News reported. Martinez-Reyes allegedly followed his female target around until he felt like he could get away with raping her, according to police. Martinez-Reyes originally entered the country illegally in 2010 before he was deported, however he illegally entered the U.S. again in 2014, according to ABC 7.

Here’s more.

From CBS News:

Police say the 24-year-old approached the victim around 1:30 a.m. and punched her in the face, knocking the woman unconscious. When the victim woke up she was being sexually assaulted.

The victim’s mother told CBS2 the attack left her daughter with eye damage.

Reyes has been charged with two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of sexual abuse, and assault.

Police describe Reyes as a day laborer/landscaper who did not know the victim with no prior criminal record. Investigators say he first came to the United States in 2010 at 16 after crossing the border in Texas. He was sent back and crossed the border again illegally in 2014.

This woman was raped by someone with no right to be here. We enforce the laws. She doesn’t get raped. The end.
