What would some in media do if they didn’t have a fake Trump-related news story to show what an evil administration President Donald Trump is running and how heartless he and his family are? So here’s your evil Trump family story of the day, starring Ivanka Trump.

From Free Beacon:

Several reporters and former Obama White House staffers over the weekend spread a false story claiming Ivanka Trump requested a Spanish-American chef be kicked out of a restaurant because his presence made her “uncomfortable.”

Former Mexican Ambassador to China Jorge Guajardo claimed on Twitter on Sunday that celebrity chef José Andrés was kicked out of Cafe Milano, the tony Washington, D.C. restaurant, at the request of Trump. Andrés soon tweeted the accusation himself.

“In a new low for Washington, yesterday @chefjoseandres was asked to leave the Alfalfa dinner after-party at @CafeMilanoDC by its owner, Franco Nuschesse, apparently because his presence made Ivanka Trump uncomfortable (Cafe Milano is the watering hole of the Trump Admin),” Guajardo said.

Andres tweeted this, “Thank you @CafeMilanoDC Franco Nuschese! I was a guest of the #alfalfaclubdinner2018 “everyone”welcome to the after party, but I’m the only individual not allow in? Is because @IvankaTrump told you so? You should be ashamed of yourself [email protected]

Guajardo’s claim went viral after it was spread by former Obama administration officials Jon Favreau, Ronald Klain and David Axelrod, as well as Washington Post reporter Phillip Rucker and Chef Anthony Bourdain.

But of course, it was false and had absolutely nothing to do with Ivanka Trump.

It was a private party that had nothing to do with her, as the owner of the restaurant explained.

But Cafe Milano later clarified that the story was a “misunderstanding.” The restaurant was rented out for a private event, and Ivanka Trump had nothing to do with the guest list.

Andres initially accepted the apology and admitted it was a “misunderstanding.” He said he knew he wasn’t on the guest list but tried to get in anyway.

Translation: he wanted to go to a party he wasn’t invited to and thought his celebrity would just get him in and he was offended when they just didn’t bend to his will.

Ivanka apparently personally reached out to Andres to tell him.

But, despite that, despite the fact that he admitted he was wrong, he hasn’t taken down his tweet and is still suggesting that Ivanka Trump may have been behind it all.
